Regular servicing is vital to ensure your HIU functions correctly. We are able to pre-book annual servicing for your HIU and arrange a convenient time for you.
Please note, if you already have a leak or a lack of heating/hot water, your HIU needs a repair rather than a service.
In many cases repairs are the responsibility of the freeholder so please contact your Building Manager, Concierge or Housing Officer first. They will put you in contact with their approved repair service or request that you Contact Us.
