My meter reading has been estimated. Who do I contact?

If your bill has been estimated, please email a picture of your meter in order to confirm the current reading to along with confirmation of the date that the picture was taken. Your account will then be amended to reflect this reading.

You can also call the SW Energy Customer Service Team onĀ 0330 088 3607.

Your next bill will show 'C' after the meter reading to reflect a 'Customer Read'.
