How do I set up a Direct Debit?

We can now accept Direct Debit applications over the telephone without a paper mandate.

If you have a UK bank account and it is not a joint account you can call us on 0330 088 3607.

If you have a joint account you will still need to send in a paper Direct Debit mandate with both signatures.

If you cannot download from the link or do not have access to a printer please call our Customer Service Team on 0330 088 3607 during office hours, 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday, to request a Direct Debit mandate and we will post a copy to you for completion.

Please note that the mandate must contain your customer reference and handwritten signature.
