If your HIU needs servicing (recommended annually), please contact your leaseholder or managing agent. They may appoint us, or another provider to complete the service.  If you are the leaseholder you can complete our HIU Service Request.

If you have any other issues, e.g. loss of heat or meter problems, please contact your Concierge.

How do I pay my bill? One Commercial St.

SW Energy offer several types of payment services:

  • Variable direct debit – if you would like to set up this facility please complete the direct debit mandate enclosed in your property welcome brochure or you can download a mandate further down this page. If you cannot download from the link or do not have access to a printer please call SW Energy’s Customer Service Team on 0330 088 3607.
  • BACS – you can make a direct payment through your online bank account to SW Energy Ltd. Sort Code: 205143 and Account No: 40484423. Please remember to enter your unique customer reference when making a payment which you can find on the top right-hand side of your bill.  Please note payments made using this method may take 3 working days to be allocated to your account.
  • Cash Payment – You can also make cash payments at any Barclays Bank to SW Energy Ltd. Sort Code: 205143 and Account No: 40484423. Please remember to enter your unique customer reference when making a payment which you can find on the top right-hand side of your bill. Please note payments made using this method may take 3 working days to be allocated to your account.
  • Telephone - To make payment by debit or credit card by telephone, please contact SW Energy’s Customer Service Team on 0330 088 3607.
  • Online - Via our secure online Payment Portal.

Where is my meter located - Heat?

Your heat and hot water meter is located in the utility cupboard of your apartment inside the Heat Interface Unit (HIU).

You can manually read your meter by lifting off the HIU cover (white metal case) to reveal the meter. 

Please take care when removing the HIU cover as it is quite heavy and the edges may be sharp; you may require additional assistance.

If your meter is not located here please contact your concierge, building management company, or housing association for further details on the location of your meter.

How do I read my digital meter?

The majority of meters will be read remotely or by your on-site team, so there should rarely be a need for you to take a reading.
