SW Energy are not the energy provider for your apartment. We provide you with;
- Annual HIU servicing. SW Energy will write to residents requesting access on an annual basis.
- Reactive call outs regarding Heating and Hot water only. All call out requests will require you to contact the Concierge Team first; they will then instruct SW Energy to attend.
