Due to continuing Covid restrictions we have less staff in our office, which will have an impact on our payment services. During this time please use our online portal and online banking where possible. This will help ensure our vulnerable customers can contact us.
For online banking please ensure you use the customer account number on your bill as your payment reference and only pay into the bank account details showing on your bill.

Following the UKs departure from the EU we can no longer use the .eu format in our emails. From 1st January 2021 all of our email addresses will use the @swenergy2.co.uk format. Please amend your email address book accordingly.
